Looking for a quiet weekend with nature or some outdoor fun in the beauty of the Southern Tier? You found it. Deer Creek Acres and the surrounding area hold an abundance of rural charm, scenic beauty, recreation, and serenity. Enjoy a cozy, private, fully-equipped cabin with plenty of room to roam. You are just minutes from thousands of acres of state forest, a ski resort, and Letchworth and Stonybrook State Parks. The cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, outdoor grill, firepit, trails, and a wildlife pond. There is a fantastic coffee and soup shop 2miles down the road and several great dining options within 20 minutes drive including the Glen Iris Inn at Letchworth. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer visitors another great place to stay in the Southern Tier!

We had wonderful weekend! The house was clean and cozy. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed for preparing all our meals. The rain kept us inside, but we enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and laughing a lot. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise!

The property is large and absolutely beautiful. The cabin is awesome! Fully equipped and extremely clean. Keurig coffee with hot chocolate/ coffee bar. Great fireplace!I could sit on the back deck for hours!!We even saw a large bald eagle.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!

Cute, clean and comfortable

Great communication from the owner and there was a nice little bin of snacks with the coffee and hot chocolate which was a really nice touch. Overall this house was perfect for our girls weekend to do some hiking at Letchworth State Park and spend a day at some breweries and a winery.

The host was very helpful whenever we had questions. The home was beautiful! And, the big tub in the master bathroom is a stressed out mom's DREAM! We had days and nights filled with indoor and outdoor fires, smores & hot chocolates. And, the soft snow that fell on Thanksgiving evening was like a Holiday Hallmark movie. It was so special to arrive with no snow and enjoy our holiday there and see the Christmas Holiday arrive the way it did. Hoping to return in the future (when my 3 kids under 5 are a little older and we can enjoy the trip to the fullest!)

Remote and Beautiful

It's a BIG property, with a pond, trails, woods and LOTS of variety of birds. If you are a birder, stay here! Also, it's about 30 minutes to Letchworth S.P. Don't miss that. We ate in and grilled each night.

Clean, Peaceful Getaway with Nature

We absolutely LOVED our stay and can't wait to plan another trip here! The house was cozy, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pond and nature trails on-site offered views and exploration. We saw many birds and different animals without leaving. The closet nature trails (Rattlesnake Hill Wildlife and Stoneybrooke State Park) were fun for our whole family. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had.

Family getaway

Loved the property and area

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the grounds and hiked 2 days at nearby state parks. The house had everything we needed including firewood for our nightly campfire and star gazing. Sheila was very responsive and provided us with all the info we needed prior to our arrival.

Great Get-away Cabin

Just as pictured; cozy on cool drizzly days with a fire in the fireplace. Plenty of dry wood to burn. Fall foliage was beautiful even in the mist; sun did shine intermittently. Enjoyed Genesee State Park and lunch in the Glen Iris Inn. Highly recommend if you don’t need lots of activity.

We are surrounded by thousands of acres of forests and fields and in close proximity to Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks, the Village of Dansville, Canaseraga, and Swain Ski Slopes. This is one of the best areas in the Southern Tier and western Finger Lakes for the enjoyment of rural life and outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, photography, bird watching and more.
