Welcome to The Great Escape at Seascape! Enjoy beautiful views of ocean waves from the bedroom sliding glass terrace, pretty views of the landscaped pool area from the front deck, and beach access directly across quiet Carolina Beach Avenue. Only 1.5 miles to restaurants, amusements, fireworks on Thursday nights, live music on the boardwalk, Britt's famous donuts, and a Saturday Farmer's Market. Included with your stay is a Drive On pass for the beach at Fort Fisher just a short drive south to Kure Beach. There's also a cute little market for sandwiches and goodies at the surfboard/kayak/paddleboard/e-bike rental just down the street. Less than a mile in the other direction enjoy the 4x4 Drive On Freeman Beach, North End Fishing Pier & Tiki Bar with restaurant and ice cream. With just a hop across the street to the beach, this is your perfect beach getaway. Sleeps 4 with one king bed and one full-size sleeper, one full bath with tub and shower, and one half bath. Full kitchen, coffee station, 50" smart TV in living room and bedroom with local cable and streaming channels, free wifi, linens provided, and washer and dryer. Close to amusements, but on the quieter end of the avenue for your downtimes, and beach lounging. Carolina Beach is fun for kids and adults alike with plenty of restaurants, rides, and entertainment. Further out visit Wilmington, just a 20-minute drive, or the Aquarium at Fort Fisher just 10 minutes south of town.

Condo in Carolina Beach

Tidy, cozy condo right across the street from the ocean with comfortable furniture. Host was super welcoming. Loved having access to beach chairs and bikes with the condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Carolina beach!

So relaxing

We wanted some R&R, and this condo totally delivered. Comfortable and clean and quiet, and fun off lots of extras. Located across the road from the water (a block in either direction to the beach access). Bed was comfortable and Morning view was the sunrise over the ocean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. Pool was also clean and warm. We planned our time at Carolina Beach after Labor Day so the crowds were less but the weather and attractions were still open. Condo is a mile from “town” which is walkable or bikeable (2 bikes available to use!), but we drove and found parking easily being there off-season. Fast and helpful communication with host before we arrived, and things were so in place and clear and just as promised that we never needed to reach out during our stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Trendy, clean and of course the ocean!

The condo is trendy and small so the owners made excellent use of the space trying to include all the things you may forget you need on vacation (aluminum foil, paper towels, salt/pepper, extra pillows). They even had sunscreen and beach towels in a separate basket. It was clean, modern, communication was exceptional! It makes such a difference when you can communicate with a family instead of a "business." I even saw dolphins this time around!

great stay!

this is a wonderful spot! it is welcoming, convenient, and exceptionally clean. we had easy access to the beach, pool, and plenty to do close by. the owners were remarkable as well - great to communicate with! highly recommend!

We are Mark and Belinda Keller of Light Shine Properties and we love hosting new friends in our Great Escape and Seascape in Carolina Beach. We like to kayak, bike, boat, swim, photograph, read, binge good TV, and treat ourselves to the occasional, highly recommended Britt's Donuts.

Why they chose this property

We like this end of Carolina Beach Avenue because it is quieter here without being too far from the center of town with all the activities, restaurants, and nightspots - so you can hear the waves from your bedroom. And it's freshly paved! :). Also, there are three beach accesses right across the street, if Sea Oats Access directly across happens to be not accessible due to twice yearly king tides, there is access to the left toward the pier, and to the right one block via Sand Fiddler Access.
