This single level, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, and 2 full living room home is the perfect spot relax in when you're not visiting national monuments, hiking, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, wine tasting, or shopping. Our Oasis home features a private pool, beautiful landscaping, and spectacular views of the white cliff mesas across the Verde river. The sunrises are serene and lovely; savor your morning coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful and calm before embarking on your day.

The secluded Oasis home is nestled at the end of a quiet street, yet walk two blocks and you’re in the heart of downtown Camp Verde: Fort Verde State Park, the green space and playground adjacent to the Fort, to restaurants and the local coffee shop Thanks a Latte, and to the weekly Farmer’s Market. The park is where most events in Camp Verde are held, including the Pecan and Wine Festival, Corn Fest, and Fort Verde Days. Camp Verde is the central spot for adventures across the Verde Valley, Sedona's Red Rocks, Mogollon Rim, and Rim lakes. In the Oasis home you will find all the necessities for day-to-day living: a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, dishes, French press for coffee, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher; bed and bath linens and bath soaps and shampoos; three televisions for streaming your go-to shows and movies; high speed internet and spaces to work from if needed; two full living and dining spaces with chairs, couches, tables, and throw pillows and blankets; two indoor fireplaces for cozy winter days; a laundry room with washer and dryer and supplies; a grill and supplies for cooking out; a chiminea and seating area for cool nights or birdwatching (with swing); a pool and outdoor seating with table and LED lighted umbrella; beautiful landscaping with flowers and fruit trees; RV parking and electric access and car parking as well; central air-conditioning, central heat, and ceiling fans; and a trunk filled with games if you decide to stay in and have a rest day. Stays of days to weeks are welcomed for your family or group at the Oasis home. The home comfortably sleeps six in Nectar Sleep beds and can accommodate more with a convertible twin sized couch and an inflatable twin sized mattress. We may consider longer term stays if you need more than a month's stay. Note that Instacart grocery delivery from the local store, Bashas', is available at the Oasis home if you like to cook.


Smoke free home and grounds. No smoking of any type on the property. No pets without prior approval. No one allowed in the pool area who is unable to swim. The pool is not heated.
