Its close proximity to luxury shopping and restaurants makes it a very desirable place to live in. Just five minutes from La Encantada, which is a beautiful shopping concept with restaurants and stores that appeal to the senses of the gourmet shopper and foodie. You will experience some of the best city views sitting by the pool on cool summer evenings.

Sabino Canyon, one of the premier natural areas on Southern Arizona, is located at the base of the Santa Catalinas and a 15 minute drive.
A 20 minute drive to the University of Arizona and 20 minutes to the I-10 makes this property very desirable to live in while visiting Tucson.
