I appreciate your review. Clean and comfy spaces are important to me!
This cute little house is within driving to distance to many top leaf peeping attractions. This is a very small quiet town with very few dining options so plan on cooking unless you want to drive for food. There is also no Wifi if you need to access it for work. Overall great property!

Thank you for the praise on the house. However two corrections are in order. There is wifi at 400 speed. The password is written in the House Rules folder, and one could have contacted me to ask about it. Also, there are 2 restaurants in town — 1 a mile away, another 2 in Glover, 10 minutes away, another in Westmore, 20 minutes away, and many more in East Burke and Lyndonville, under 30 minutes away. While a few of these are listed in the House Rules folder it is understandable how one could miss them without doing an internet search. With that said, the above dining options are all mentioned in the Kingdom Guide magazine on the coffee table. Gosh, I would have liked you to contact me. I’m sorry you struggled.
House was very clean, had all the utensils, kitchen appliances, bath towels, toiletries and laundry items needed. Just pack your toothbrush! Leslie was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We loved Parker Pie Pizza and Sweet Scoops ice cream.

Thank you Deb! I appreciate your positive review. So glad you found my place snd I welcome you back anytime!
Gratitude,
Leslie
We quite enjoyed this pleasant apartment which had everything we needed. The living area is on the 2nd floor so we had to carry up our luggage. We were allowed to put our car in the lower level garage (snowy when we visited). The 2nd floor deck would be pleasant in warm weather and we were able to enjoy the light and view of the large windows and doors. We cook, so greatly appreciated the full kitchen and complete kitchenware.

You were fun guests to share a bit of the eclipse with. Thank you for your lighthouse photo calendar. I especially and truly appreciate the eclipse photos you took!
BTW: I added water cups to the bathroom accessories.
This is a home in the true sense of the word - you can tell it's lived in and cared for, with little personal touches around.
The kitchen is well stocked with basic cookware and spices. There's a full sized refrigerator with a water filter, coffee grinder, tea kettle, drip coffee maker. If you're serious about your tea, you have everything you need here.
Both bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. The small bedroom can double as an office. Mattresses are firm foam. Internet speed is a little slow, which may be typical for the area.
There's a stereo with bluetooth connectivity, and good speakers. Movies, music and board games are available for rainy days. There is no whirlpool/spa, as the listing indicated, but we were not disappointed. Shower head can be used as a handheld.
Ceiling fans kept the place comfortable in mid-August. Plenty of cleaning supplies on hand to keep the place tidy.
The deck, accessible from the driveway with a full flight of exterior stairs, overlooks a nice big yard and has great views of the night sky - perfect for watching the Persieds meteor showers! The grill is charcoal and there's deck furniture for about five people, including two umbrellas for shade. Crystal Lake has a private beach with RV camping on it, and they charge a nominal fee (I think it's $3) to swim. At night we could hear people enjoying their lakefront views, but the sound was pleasant and not bothersome at all.
I'd stay here again.

Thank you for your accurate review. I honestly don’t know why Vrbo touts a hot tub spa at my place. I’ve tried repeatedly to remove that mistake. Even with Tech Support it still shows up.. My apologies. Yes, that little park is lovely. And the swimming from our neighborhood, beach is lovely as well. I appreciate the “gratitude” gift. I Look forward to your next stay!
