This newly renovated home is very clean, comfortable and has a at home feeling to it. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. This is the second time I have stayed with this host. The first time we were in the B unit. This stay we were in the A unit. Both of which are really nice. Bryan is a great host. If you have any questions Bryan is on point with communicating. House is conveniently located to shopping dining, VA Hospital, Duke University Hospital and Central University. I would have no problem staying with this host again in wither unit. Thanks Bryan & Anne for a wonderful experience.

My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.

Close to downtown

Property was gorgeous and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Durham. Neighborhood wasn’t great but the house/unit was awesome.

Centralized area 10-15 minutes from anywhere we traveled. Downtown, the mall, NCCU.Queit neighborhoodThe host were exceptional. They responded to any and all questions right away. Any issues we had were addressed right away.
