Hi Sarah, thank you for choosing us. We are glad you had a great time and look forward to seeing you again!
Really nice little place. Lovely view of the river - beautiful historic homes nearby. Nice details included as well such as a Christmas tree, coffee pods for the coffee maker, oil and vinegar on the counter to make salad dressing, etc. Also, very pet friendly with lots of space to walk our dog as well as a little forest right behind the cottage.
The cottage was very nice. Perfect for our stay visiting family.

Why they chose this property
A few years back, we happened to drive through this area and came across a cottage that was up for sale. It was nestled in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, right by the river, and we instantly fell in love with it. Upon purchasing the property, we learned more about the previous owner. He was a snowbird who had a great passion for boating. He had a charming lighthouse installed in the front yard, adorned the walls with boat paintings, and even had a genuine wooden boat part displayed in the sunroom. We were truly touched by his warmth and creativity, and we decided to maintain the nautical theme while making our own personal adjustments to the property for our relaxation and enjoyment.
