Our charming cottage foot steps from beautiful Lake Erie, will be sure to be the perfect retreat your family or your friends. Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits on a beautiful lot surrounded by trees. Our quiet road on the water is perfect for a your morning walk. Hurry home for a glass of wine. There is plenty of room for family & friends! Let us show you why you need to take that time off work! Our pool is closed until mid to end of May. Please inquire direct for details.

Great place! More then enough room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the pool and we used it most of the time we were there.

Cute cottage

Great cottage in nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was going ok. Loved the outdoor pool and the screened in porch. Great walking trail right out the front door. Made of a nice relaxing getaway.

Perfection!!

This location is perfect!! You get the beach, a pool, close to the falls and close to Buffalo. We stayed a week and alternated daily between Canada and Buffalo, NY. Close groceries and good food in the area as well. It was just my husband and I along with our pup so we didn’t need all the bedrooms but they were all great!! The house is clean and well appointed.

Great Cottage near the Beach

Had a great time with my family. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fire pit at night. Everything you need is available for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms as well as a comfortable living room area with TV. Also nearby is the Fort Erie Race Track which we did visit and Niagara falls is not too far away either. Shane the property owner communicated with us to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Quite Neighborhood 7 Adults easily sleep 10 with couple using the too bunks for 2 younger adults nice clean home only bad thing very minor ice make didn't work but no big deal buy some ice loved this place didn't use the pool but it was late Sept and in the 60s and po was closed but would book this place again

Waverley Beach

This is a great option to be in the Fort Erie area. The house actually has 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely renovated and has everything you need. The bedrooms are clean and lots of linens are supplied. There is an in ground pool which is great. The only disappointment was that pictures show a diving board on the pool however the diving board has been removed and is sitting outside the pool enclosure.

We are from the Niagara Region, live locally to be of quick access to our guests if needed. We have 3 awesome kids, a dog named Gali and a cat named Nacho. We love boating, volleyball, and bike riding. We decided to rent out our cottage because we weren't able to use it as much as we would like. Seeing how happy our cottage makes others gives us so much joy.

Why they chose this property

The neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Fort Erie. It is a quiet one way road right on the water. The Friendship Trail is nearby and is very safe. We are 3 minutes from Waverly Beach and 15 minutes from beautiful Crystal Beach.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful sun porch. We love the sit and listen to rain, or cuddle up here with a blanket on those chilly nights. We have a great in ground pool that is fully fenced and surrounded by lush, mature trees.
