The house includes a deck, pergola and fence backyard and is just 30 minutes from Fredericksburg VA, Colonial beachTown 8 minutes, 2 minutes marina conmunity ,10 minutes Westmoreland beach and park , Restaurants , Tiki Bar and groceries store only 8 minutes.
