Come and enjoy the stunning views in all seasons with your family, friends or someone special at this peaceful place to stay, whether you’re a weekender or looking for a Family weekend getaway, this 3-beds 2-bath home in Colonial Beach, promises relaxation near the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy low-key Coastal Living with this vacation rental as your base, from exploring the vibrant shop on the Colonial Beach Boardwalk to walking along the Sandy short of the Potomac River. After a day of adventures, watching a movie on the living room, or relax in the backyard. The house includes a deck, pergola and fence backyard and is just 30 minutes from Fredericksburg VA, Colonial beachTown 8 minutes, 2 minutes marina conmunity ,10 minutes Westmoreland beach and park , Restaurants , Tiki Bar and groceries store only 8 minutes.
The community has a private-beach with a dock, picnic shelters and lots of parking.

Great stay

The house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen. The private beach was a short walk from the house. The neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly. The best part about this rental property was that they allow pets; it made for a fun family vacation. We definitely plan to go back.

Lovely Home in Very Nice Community

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids found this house to be an excellent choice for our Memorial Day trip. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Communication with the hosts could be a little rough, but they responded to all questions in a timely manner. The best part of our stay was the surrounding community and access to the private beach. Its rare you get to spend a holiday weekend as one of three families on the beach, but it was a pleasant surprise. Its also a nice neighborhood to walk around to relax outside of the home. Would stay again.
