Lake Breeze Condo a newly renovated 2 bedroom condo in the Clinton Reef Club in Port Clinton is nestled between Lake Erie and the Portage River. Amenities offered include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, grilling area, pool restrooms and showers.
Located in the M.O.R.A. District (open container permissible), about a 10 minute walk will get you to the Jet Express, Dock’s Beach House Bar and Grill, Mr. Ed’s, Off the Rocks, jet ski rentals, charter boats, and downtown Port Clinton’s many other restaurants and entertainment venues.
The condo has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, sound machine, and a private balcony with lake and river views.
The second bedroom has a full bed and a set of bunk beds.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. It has all of the smaller appliances like a toaster, blender, crockpot, both a Keurig and standard coffee maker, with a small supply of coffee. You’ll also find a supply of basic spices. There is a separate eating area.
The family room has comfortable seating, and a 55” smart TV offering YouTube TV. (No cable) The covered patio off the family room offers views of the lake and the river.
The condo is on the third floor with no elevators, which helps burn off some calories from the margaritas at Dock’s Beach House.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, where you’ll also find towels and wash cloths, along with detergent and dryer sheets. Beach towels for the pool are also in the laundry area.
Pool wristbands are provided and required for everyone entering the pool area. They are located in the boat on the wall in the dining area, along with the key for the pool restrooms and showers. Lost wristbands have a $25 replacement fee.
