Amazing Studio w/ king bed quiet beautifull swimming pool deck nearby the beach
The unit features a king size bed it has a private deck & Wifi also is Pet-friendly. Well-nice decorated condo, walls recently painted has a kicthenett, microwave, coffee maker, dinning table, mid-size refrigerator, ceramic bowls, cutlery, mini oven, Cable tv with netflix & AmazonPrime Video, fast and reliable connection for working remote. It has a large bathroom with shower. The location of this vacation rental is great. Many walkable restaurants, convenience stores and a gym. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance, the access to the beach daily is open from 8:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. The pool and courtyard of the apartment is beautiful inside a small gated community with only 5 apartments rounded by beautiful gardens barbecue grills, sunbeds with umberellas and lush vegetation. There is a laundry onsite for guests (surcharge) ice-cream store and a coffee shop onsite. If you are looking for privacy or peace and quiet then look no further this place is for you.

What makes this property unique
My property stand out from the rest because of the LOCATION! the premises are well kept maintanced daily as well as the large state-of-the art swimming Pool, in addition to those benefits you get staying here also you get a pharmacy onsite property, and a coffee & tea Shop, motobikes rental onsite, many restaurants one block away, groceries and mall shops within 2 blocks walking distance from my place. Parking is available!!!!!! 24/7 with surveillance
