Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. It appears we have corrected the listing on VRBO now. These concerns—missing bedding and towels, unavailable amenities, and the pest situation—are completely unacceptable and don't reflect our standards. I do see where you contacted us and we brought out the items needed quickly. Apricate your feedback and look to welcome you back again soon. I'm personally addressing each point: the kayak discrepancy with our listing, ensuring all beds are properly prepared, stocking every bathroom with essentials, and immediately scheduling professional pest treatment. We'd like to make this right. Please contact me directly so we can discuss appropriate compensation and ensure these problems don't happen again. Thank you for your patience, and we truly regret your experience.
