Why they chose this property
The North End of Virginia Beach is the most highly desirable neighborhood in the beach. It boasts beautiful million-dollar homes, miles of coastline with pristine beaches, and is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the oceanfront boardwalk, yet not too far where you can't head into town if you want some fun. It is a residential neighborhood with only one hotel for a 3-mile stretch of homes. First Landing state park can be accessed at 64th St. - there are running and biking trails, camping sites, fishing spots, a boat ramp, and a serene little beach on the Lynnhaven River called The Narrows. Edgar Cayce A.R.E. on 67th Street is a holistic health center that offers some spa treatments, a meditation garden, and a delicious cafe Graze Kitchen.
