DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This private 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is the rear 1/2 of a duplex. The home was previously a single family home. This unit is faced away from the street, towards the rear of the lot.

The bedroom is open to the living room (no door).

Living room furniture: There's a small couch functioning more like a chaise lounge for 1, & a medium size armchair. There's also an ottoman that can be shared by the couch & chair.


There is a "glamping" spot in the rear that you can rent with this unit- it's a 27' vintage motorhome that accommodates 3.


PARKING
There is room for 2 cars to park off street, plus plenty of free street parking.


OUTDOOR SPACES
Large covered patio with dining table
The back yard is fenced but the fence is not escape proof by any means, pets must be attended at all times. You have to manually close the drive through gate after driving in to close in the backyard.
Propane BBQ.


*This property borders a school parking lot on the rear; which means it is usually nice and quiet! The football field is about a hundred yards away so on game night there will be game lights and some cheering! GO TIGERS!*
