Whether you're visiting for a Pensacola Beach vacation, Blue Angels event, military visit, festival weekend,
business trip, or Gulf Coast getaway, Bee Our Guest provides a comfortable and convenient place to call
home while exploring Pensacola.

Bee Our Guest combines the character of an older Pensacola home with the essentials needed for a comfortable
stay. Original hardwood floors add warmth and charm, while the fully furnished living room and private
bedroom provide plenty of space for one or two guests. The bedroom features a queen bed with linens
provided, and the living area includes a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. A desk and chair provide a
convenient workspace for guests traveling for business or working remotely.
Prefer to prepare meals during your stay? Bee Our Guest includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator,
stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, plus a dining table for enjoying meals at
home.

Please note that Bee Our Guest does not have central air conditioning. The duplex is cooled by two window
A/C units—one located in the living room and one in the bedroom. Heating is also provided. There is NO
washer or dryer inside the duplex. Several laundromats are conveniently located nearby for guests who need
laundry services during their stay.

One vehicle can park in the designated parking area on the left side of the duplex next to Bee Our Guest.
Additional street parking is available when needed. The property receives quarterly professional pest-control
service from Outa Sight Pest Control as part of our regular property-maintenance program.
East Pensacola Heights puts you close to many of Pensacola's most popular destinations without staying
directly in the busy downtown or beach areas. Take a walk through the neighborhood toward nearby Bayou
Texar to enjoy the waterfront and Northwest Florida sunsets. Local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and
neighborhood businesses are also within easy reach.

Pensacola is known as the “Festival City of the South,” with festivals, concerts, sporting events, arts, food and

This was a great weekend get away and a lovely little space. It's a great place for a single person or for a couple. The host responds to any text that you send her fairly promptly. They was a great welcome gift when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place. We are definitely going to look for this place again or any of the properties that Cynthia Tant may have available next time we visit Pensacola

Very modest older home, but had everything we needed. Nice location right across the bay from a park with a great walking trail. Just a couple of miles to I-110, so there is easy access to head north towards I-10 or south towards Gulf Breeze and the beaches. Somewhat in the flight path of planes going toward the airport, but that really didn't bother us. This is not a fancy place, but it is adequate and, for the price, it is worth it.

A small very clean unit located in an area that is close to restaurants, East Hill, and downtown. If I had to file a dislike it would be the outside of the unit could use pressure washing. Other than that the place was clean, well stocked, and very convenient for our needs.

Bee our Guest was just what I needed for a couple of nights in Pensacola. Bear in mind this is an older property not a brand new resort. With that said, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. I had a couple of needs that were promptly handled by the host. The location was easy to find, and even though it is part of a duplex, I never once heard any noise from the neighbors. I would definitely stay at Bee our Guest again.

Nice place

A great alternative to an expensive hotel room. With a car easy access to plenty of places to see and restaurants. Nothing fancy, but a nice clean cottage with lots more room that a hotel. I would stay here again and recommend others do so as well.
