Crystal Shores 1207 is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 12th floor. Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. No need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry.



Policies:



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.



• No RVs or trailers are allowed on-site.



• Designated smoking areas are located on the ground. No smoking on the balcony.



• The on-site HOA enforces strict occupancy regulations: a maximum of six total guests per unit is permitted, and this policy will be strictly upheld.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
