Your stay includes access to amazing community amenities such as a pool, gym, BBQ area, indoor workspace and a food garden where you can pick fruits and vegetables (subject to season). Additionally, guests receive two membership cards to the exclusive 111 East Beach Club in Speightstown. Nestled on the pristine East Beach, the club offers a private beach area, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and attentive beachside service.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout and outfitted with new furniture, each piece carefully selected to provide comfort along with a stylish aesthetic. For relaxing moments at home, you can enjoy a movie on the Smart TV while snuggled on the cozy sofa or opt to unwind outside in the private pool area. This secluded space is equipped with cushioned outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.

If you enjoy preparing meals at home, you’re in for a treat! Our beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. You’ll have all the most important extras like a coffee maker to jump-start your day (some coffee is provided), a blender for afternoon mixers, and a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to vacation time! For added convenience, there’s a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, and some detergent has been provided.

When it's time to unwind after a fun-filled day, retreat to one of three heavenly bedrooms, each outfitted with luxurious linens and a calming ambiance. There are two king-bed suites, one with direct access to the pool area, and both feature ensuite full baths. The third bedroom offers two single beds, with the third bathroom conveniently located just outside. The bathrooms are equipped with quality fixtures, rainfall shower heads, and plush towels, perfect for taking your self-care to the next level.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $100 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- For a mid-stay cleaning, please contact us in advance for pricing and availability
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are special bins for recycling. Please separate the trash.
- No glass in the pool area.
- You can control the hot water schedule through a smart home app, which grants you access to adjust settings in 45-minute intervals.
- A crib, high chair, and rental car are available for a fee. Just let us know in advance!

If you would like to rent a car, please let us know so we can assist you. Porters Place is a great area to explore on foot and soak in the local atmosphere. Taxis and public transportation via bus are also available.
