Located right in the heart of Galveston Island in close proximity to the beach and several great local restaurants, The O Place is perfect for your island getaway. The three bedrooms include a king bed, a full bed, and a full over twin bunk. Enjoy an evening breeze on the front porch or grill out in the back yard patio. This house has everything you'll need for a relaxing stay in Galveston!

BEDROOMS
The O Place generously offers 1 king beds, 1 full bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. There are 3 bedrooms total, each with a bed of its own for your privacy. Nestle yourself into a spacious bed and drift off to a restorative night’s sleep! Each bedroom includes a TV and a dresser.

BATHROOM

There is 1 bathroom with a shower + clawfoot tub combination, which is particularly convenient for families with small children. Enjoy steady hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand soap, and body lotion are provided. There is also a convenient half bath off of the kitchen.

KITCHEN

This coastal kitchen is the perfect space for groups that like to cook together. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, plates, bowls & silverware for 7. Coffee/Tea Bar includes drip coffee maker, Keurig, and electric kettle. Blender, toaster, crock pot, and microwave included. Gas stovetop range + oven. Pots/pans, baking sheet, oil, salt & pepper.

DINING ROOM

The dining table with seating for 6 creates an intimate setting for quality family time, meals and games surrounded by fantastic craftsman woodwork.

LIVING ROOM

Perfect for low-key nights in, our 50“ SmartTV will entertain your family as they relax and unwind on the heavenly couch and chair. Log in to your accounts to enjoy Netflix, HBO, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

WORKSPACE

For moments when you need to check emails or take care of business, our dedicated workspace is the answer. We provide a desk for your comfort in the middle bedroom. Strong WiFi is available throughout the house.

Nice neighborhood stay near lots of attractions

Stayed with our 3 y/o for a week to visit the beaches and other local attractions. The neighborhood was great to walk around in with beautiful old houses on Avenue O and nice playgrounds within 15min walking or driving distance. Easy access to the Historic Seaport, Railroad museum, Pleasure Pier, and Moody Gardens made it a great way to have fun outings followed by quiet/nap times in the house. Kitchen was moderately well stocked with cooking gear, and the hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and needs.

Easy Location - Walk to Pier

Easy location to get in and out to both main drags. Can easily walk 3 blocks to the pier and at night with the sidewalks it is quiet pleasent. Make sure you park in the correct drive or neighboor may wake you up angry. House has a lived in feel and appeal. Bring a fire stick or roku for the bedrooms.
