Newly Renovated Summer 2023 - Stunning! This three bedroom, two bath beachfront condo offers amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Decorated in light coastal decor, this condo sleeps six. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the guest bedroom, and queen bed in the second guest bedroom. Large dining room table will comfortably seat your family. Additional three piece decorative cover converts table from dining room table to game top table. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your use.
The oversized balcony is 1270 square feet! Relax with a beverage on one of the loungers and watch the sunset or dine "alfresco" at the table!
Amenities at Apollo include heated community pool, tennis courts, hot tub, fitness facility, and The Sunset Grill restaurant/bar on-site. Conveniently located in close proximity to several restaurants, shops and more.
We invite you to join us for a relaxing island getaway!
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the high season (Mid December until May lst).Apollo registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged.
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
