This is a well established mature neighborhood. Absolutely No party, No loud music, No smoking/drug, No illegal activities allowed. Guests will be asked to leave if they violate the rules and/or complaint from neighbors. Please be respectful to the peace and calmness of the atmosphere and neighborhood at all time, and I will do my very best to work with your needs and any particular request of your group.
