Just relax on your patio or by the beach or pool and go back to your condo to get refreshments in an instant. No elevators to wait for! Diamante 106 is located in the best aeea of Phase 1 at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort!

Unfortunately, in case of heavy rain the elevators need to stop for safety reasons, making rentals in lower floors more desirable.

Ground floor condos are great for parties or for children to play... in your own backyard! Every time you go with your friends or family at Las Palomas, make sure someone in your group books a ground floor condo and let the party begin.
