Cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood, sitting on a big corner lot just minutes from the beach.
Spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps 10. Two bedrooms have sitting areas with pull-out beds. The master bath is equipped with a rainhead shower and body spray jets. The second bathroom features a whirlpool tub.
Hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Office space.
Sunbathe on a sun lounger or swim in a heated pool under a lanai. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. BBQ grill. 2 bikes and beach chairs.
