Sunny pool

Wish the weather had been a bit warmer but grateful for a south exposure for pool time. Nice home with good beds. Sectional sofa should be replaced and carpets could use a cleaning. But overal happy with our stay

Great vacation house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year renting this house and we have renewed it again for next year. The layout is great, and the pool area is perfect. Location is good, but Marco is small. It is well equipped and any issues that come up are resolved by Marco Island Vacation Properties very quickly. They really want you to have a great experience. There are a few items that a could be improved but overall it is great. Suggestion, bring a Roku stick to get more channels on the tv.

June 2022 Stay

We are 6 friends who travel together every year, and always stay in houses. Your house exceeded all of our expectations. Communication between Alex, the property manager, and us was excellent. They reminded us when trash day was and what to do when checking out.  The house is very clean and had everything we needed. It is bigger than what the pictures show. The hot tub and pool were both excellent. We had one issue with the temperature of the pool and it was fixed right away.The house is centrally located and everything was only minutes away. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Arriving to the house, an alarm was beeping that wouldn’t stop until someone came to disconnect. Overall, the house size and outdoor area was perfect for us. The house was clean but needs some updating. The carpet was stained and sectional in family room is well worn. Our Keurig was broken, a fan didn’t work, and upstairs shower head was broken. That being said, Marco Island Rentals was super responsive and helpful with all these issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice, large home on a canal, with a south-facing pool and spa. Our 3 generations (grandparents, kids and grandkids) have found it to be a very nice house, with room to spread out. There is an office room in the house, which is convenient for anyone working remotely. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a suite upstairs with its own balcony. There is one bathroom upstairs and two on the main floor, one of which opens onto the pool area. I would recommend this place to families!

Overall, the size and layout of the house were perfect for our needs. We spent much time relaxing and dining on the lanai. We greatly appreciated the replacement of the living room TV to a newer, smart TV (and compatible cable box) and enjoyed several evenings watching it together. The house is in a good location for walking or biking to nearby parks or the YMCA. The hot tub and pool were religiously maintained every Tuesday by the friendly service man. The entire house needs a thorough deep cleaning and attention to/replacement of items that are showing age/wear and tear.

Could be a great family/friends location!

Advertised as 10-12 persons? Rooms and baths ... yes, cooking and eating ... no! Sadly lacking in kitchen utensils and dishes! Sadly, we discovered a palm rat in residence in the garage, with entry/exit through an access hole chewed into frame of side door. Although your service were anxious to quickly address several problems discovered upon possession, they did not address the rat problem?? Also, the pool deck was in desperate need of painting and much of the furniture was fatigued. It's probably time for some upgrading!

Very nice home

This home was super nice and cozy and met all of our vacation needs. Since we’re in summer the heated pool’s temperature was too warm but the management team quickly corrected that issue and we were able to enjoy the pool the rest of our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Marco Island.

Perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs. The air conditioner malfunctioned but they fixed it the very next morning. Immediate service was appreciated! We honestly spent all of our time on the patio after a very long winter in the north. It was lovely!

Home needs some updates and deep cleaning

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in rougher shape then the pictures indicated. We had to purchase cleaner upon arrival to clean the countertops. Largest issue was finding signs of mold in the cabinets with the dishes. Carpet was very old/worn and just dirty. Finally, found a frog in the house on the second floor on third day and we didn't bring it in. Overall, seems like cleaning that is paid by each renter is a surface clean and not really clean.

December 2021 Stay

An absolute joy for Christmas week! Everyone had a comfy spot to rest, read, walk, beach, pool, spa, do puzzles, play games, and have family meals. Everything we needed was here or a short 0.6 miles to Publix. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Porperty

We took our family vacation here this year and absolutely loved it! The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We spent many hours in both. The only thing I would caution is for little kids the pool goes from 3-5 feet. The sides are three and as you go towards the middle it gets deeper. Great house and location we will be back again soon!

Great time in Marco

The house is deceptively big! Plenty of room for all of us either inside or outside! The house could use a few repairs. Some of the ceiling fans could be replaced, some lights don’t work and it could use a deep cleaning as some areas (like under the couches) have not been cleaned in a while.

Spacious home - great value for the cost.

This home has a beautiful floorplan, with plenty of space for two families. The office even has a Murphy bed (which I don't believe was in the listing, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it). The kids had a wonderful time in the pool/hot tub. Some of the decor was a bit dated (the dried floral arrangements from the 1990s have to go) but overall this was a great place to stay. The management company was very helpful sending reminders about the trash/recycling pickup and arranged for balloons to be delivered for a 50th birthday. Terrific value for the cost.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the home is excellent, 10 min drive to anywhere of the island and 5 min to beach, house is big, pool and hottub are awsome, however I only give a 4 start with below reasons:1 Check in was smooth,on the day we arrived, the hot tub is cold, turned on for 4 hours still nothing, seems the heating system is broken, called office and they fixed it next day.2 Noticed there're previous guest cigarette left beside pool, and food trash in between the bed and wall gap... so a more professional clean is preferred especially with children coming in playing in the pool, we paid $250 for cleaning for the next guest, don't we?3 During the stay, we found couple lights are not working, suggest the owner check those before guest arrives.4 Last but not least!!!! I have to say you have a neighbor(next door at the end of the corner) seems not very friendly, before coming ,we read the rules and kept our voice very low in day time(mostly only kids playing pool kind of noise...) and down to 0 after 10 pm, no loud music, no party. one night while my parents were fishing on the docker, the man shouted at them and telling that they kept fish that are illegal,ask them to go. I came and check then I told them its all porgy(no size limit, 100lb/day) and they threaten to call the police, I told them go ahead, after half hour, they came again ask if we have fishing license(of course we bought 7 days in FL on the day we arrive) despite they're not authorized to ask the Qs only police do... I told them to stop threaten us as we know the rules and we did nothing wrong, if they continue, I will call the police. then they back off...I noticed previous guest also reported such incidents, so if sth could be done on it then I will make this home 5 star.
