Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This Movie Themed space is great for all travelers! Directly across the street from the beautiful Botanical Garden and within minutes to all STL has to offer - while also offering a unique place to come back and rest, make meals, and relax!

Things to consider before renting:

Must be 25 to rent. Early check in 1pm- fee: $45
Late check out noon - fee: $30

Pet fee: $50 (smaller dogs only - please keep off furniture and out of beds, remove all feces from yard- if fur found in beds or on sofas: additional $50/fee may be charged)

No smoking or entire security deposit will be forfeited. No parties.
No locals without past reviews and any guest without past reviews must provide an additional $250 sec deposit. Refundable if home is found in the condition it was rented.

No smoking ANYTHING in the home or on front porch.

No loud music, stomping or running in the home EVER.
Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM.

All rules strictly enforced - you will be asked to vacate if you can't follow them.

Guests are kindly asked to start the dishwasher upon departure.
