We loved coming to Lake Anna so much, we purchased a home here so we could enjoy 'Lake Life' any time we wanted! Close to Washington DC, Northern VA and Richmond, it makes for a convenient get away from the busy surrounding metro areas.

Edgewood Bay is a quiet neighborhood located on the public side of the lake that is centrally located on Lake Anna. It is secluded but is close to shopping, restaurants and breweries.
