Why they chose this property

I love the walkability of this neighborhood. Everything you need is a few steps away, including a sunset over the water. Siesta Key is just a couple minutes right up the road.

What makes this property unique

I lovingly call this place "lil house". It is so cozy and I love the claw foot tub in the bathroom.
