Successful Defrost From Winter

Birgit was extremely communicative and helpful leading up to and during our stay at the Windsor Lodge, especially when we ran into a plumbing issue with the shower. She was kind enough to allow us to check in early after an early morning flight in. Overall, we had a lovely stay- our unit fit our needs perfectly and the pool was very refreshing & well-kept! There was a sweet surprise of wine in our fridge when we arrived (which this mom & daughter duo appreciated) and a book of recommendations in the area. The unit looked exactly like the photos and had everything you could need for a successful day at the pool or beach. Thanks for a great stay!
