Great location, great neighborhood

This home was perfect for our group of girls. We were in town for a conference, and it was nice to not have to stay in a stuffy cramped hotel room. We felt very safe. neighborhood was nice.

Concert Event Stay

The place was everything it advertised and more! The location was very close to our event (JT Concert @ Rupp Arena), which made travel there and back much less troublesome. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The condo provided everything necessary for our stay and we had more than enough room for everyone. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to this area!

The house was clean and easy to get to. Parking wasn’t ideal, but the property owner can’t really do anything about it.

requested to have temp in the house lowered. Never happened. For 3 days no air. Thermostat didnt work. I texted Heath and was instructed to turn the knob on thermostat, nothing, it never lit up and was told the service team should be fixing the problem because he said it was malfunctioned. I texted again. It was hot upstairs.Disappointed in that i was ignored.The doors on laundry area was falling off.I would not have been so upset if the air had been addressed and fixed.The place needs an update and thoroughly cleaned.

Lexington layover

When we arrived it was 77 degrees inside on the first floor. Too hot upstairs to set the babys portable bed up. We just decided to go to town and hang out at a bar and grill and let the property cool off. No one got a good nights aleep because of the hot house.

OK if you like black mold

Our recent stay at this property was very poor at best. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that the property was not properly maintained. One of the most alarming discoveries was a large area of black mold festering on the ceiling of one of the upstairs bathrooms. This posed a serious health risk, particularly for our daughter who suffers from asthma and allergies. Despite bringing this to the attention of the owner/manager, no action was taken to remedy the situation during our stay. Furthermore, we were shocked to find that one of the smoke detectors in an upstairs bedroom was disconnected and hanging precariously from the ceiling by its wires. This blatant disregard for safety is completely unacceptable, especially in a rental property accommodating families. Hygiene standards were also lacking, as evidenced by hair found in one of the upstairs beds and crumbs scattered on the floor in front of the couch. To compound matters, the lock on the backdoor was faulty and would not properly secure, leaving us feeling vulnerable throughout our stay. Despite being made aware of the serious concerns we raised, they failed to take any measures to address them. This neglectful attitude towards guest satisfaction is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the property management.
