Such a cozy, cute, and clean place to stay. Our host Mike was excellent at giving recommendations for the area as well as communicating and accommodation. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The boat parking was amazing, we had 2 boats and 2 trucks that fit great. The screened in porch with plenty of seating and tv was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Guntersville several years ago. We saw the efforts of revitalizing and sparking tourism with City Harbor and nearby attractions. We love the people, being surrounded by water, and the beautiful sunsets.

What makes this property unique

We found this little bungalow begging for a new life. We took the home down to the studs and replaced everything better than new with modern conveniences. Opening up the living room to the kitchen allows guests to be near each other, have great meals, and watch their favorite sports. The lake ramp is less than 1/4 mile away along with the Publix grocery store and local restaurants.
