We are so sorry to hear about the floors not being quite as clean as they should have been, this is not something that is a usual occurrence but it sounds like it was definitely an oversight on our end and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have sent an email to housekeeping staff notifying them of the situation and the proper steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. We are grateful for the kind words! Seeing dolphins every morning sounds like a dream come true. The white sand and uncrowded beach is one of the best things about off season and Gulf Dunes in general.

We are sorry to hear this and apologize for the inconvenience, you did not have to wait for someone to look at the air conditioning as we could have let them in as to not hinder your stay.
