Top New Host in New Mexico for 2022!!!

The home is located in a very safe small neighborhood community. Two miles from the Space Museum, 20 min from White Sands National Park, 15 min from Holloman Air Force Base and only a short 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Cloudcroft. This comfortable home offers a nice screened-in back porch with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The large fenced back yard has a BBQ grill and a fire pit and enough room for outdoor activities.

This newly remodeled retreat, has a bright, cheerful, and inviting feel. Come as you are, unwind and relax. Enjoy what Alamogordo has to offer!

Conveniently located near the foothills; you'll find beautiful views and hiking trails within walking distance. Great lighting throughout the entire house with high speed internet. Ceiling fans in majority of the rooms , AC and heater can be set to your preferred temperature.

In the living room enjoy the Smart TV, board games and assortment of Blue-ray/DVD's. Cozy living room where you can relax, watch movies and play some games.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We offer a Keurig and complementary K-pods and a few snacks for all our guests.

Master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom. You can lay back and enjoy watching your shows on the 40 inch TV with a roku.

Laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, iron and countertop iron board. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets will be provided for the first couple loads.

Note: The whole house is available for use except the garage and outdoor shed.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a private driveway and parking along the street if needed.
Other things to note
-A maximum of two dogs are allowed on the property. A $35 pet fee will be required. Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.

Awesome place! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a perfect location. Easy access to the White Sand Dunes National Park and an easy drive up into the mountains to Cloudcroft. This house was perfect after a day at the White Sand Dunes. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The living room furniture was very comfortable and we all had room to lounge out after a hot long day. It was wonderful to have a grill and a hot/cold water cooler. The best host!

This was our 3rd stop on a road trip and it was by far the best. Jenn was incredible and so fast with her communication. The house is lovely and the extra thoughtful touches were great. Our dog loved it even more. Couldn’t recommend these hosts more! Very quiet neighborhood with an incredible view. White Sands was a short drive!

Christmas in Alamogordo

Jennifer is very responsive and an outstanding host! The house was very clean and located in quiet cul de sac. The screened in back porch, firepit and gas grill are added bonuses. The kitchen utensils and dishes allowed us to prepare our part for Christmas dinner with local family. We will stay again! Thanks Jennifer!

Home away from home

Great home and excellent host! House is exactly as pictured and described, located in a quiet neighborhood on cul-de-sac. The little extras the hosts set for us made our stay even more pleasant. We brought our 2 dogs with us, home is very dog friendly with a large backyard. We loved sitting outside at night inside the screen in porch. We would definitely come back.
