Guest Access

You get access to the entire house and beach closet!

Property is located in a gated community. Guests access the property via an electronic lock. Gate code to community and front door will be provided two days before check-in.

Check In/Check Out - Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to allow them the time they need to ensure the house is clean, sanitized, and ready to go for the next guest.


Other Details to Note

1. Parking – Up to three (3) cars can park in the driveway MAXIMUM. There is also overflow parking around the pool and at the end of Kono Way (next to the mailboxes). The HOA does not allow parking on street.

2. Provided Items & Supplies – An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests.

3. Family Rental Only – All guests MUST be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parents. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted.

4. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 12 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

5. No Parties or Events.

6. No Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

7. Pets – No pets, no exceptions. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave.

8. Candles/Flames – no fires or open flames including candles.

9. HOA Rules – Sorry no trailers, RVs, boats, jet skis, Golf Carts or Electric scooters.
