Bring your family and stay at this lovely lake community home. Just a two minute walk to the beach with a lifeguard, or a five minute ride to the main lake. Wonderful for every season. Plenty of summer activities, with two kayaks, and a canoe on site for use . Incredible fall foliage with apple, picking and pumpkin picking. And for winter lovers, mountain creek is a 3 mile drive with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. Soak in the hot tub at the end of your day and come into the home with a beautiful fire in the woodstove. Appalachian hiking trails just a five minute ride away. Come visit this country getaway. Just 90 minutes out of New York City and bring your family and friends.

It is a fantastic place, ideal to relax and be in contact with clean mountain air.

Our stay was totally invigorating; it was a good time with our family and friends and nature. The owners helped us to relax and have a good time with all the pampering and care they had in preparation for our arrival. I highly recommend it to those who want to go out to the countryside and the mountains to relax.

Quiet and Peaceful

Relaxing family getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Highland Lakes! This property was in an excellent location, just a few minute walk away from one of the beaches that was great for both adults and children. Seven of us stayed at this house (4 adults and 3 kids) and we all fit very comfortably. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy! The owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Lake House Retreat

Property was very comfortable and super close to the lake and community amenities. Host was super communicative and responded within minutes usually! Hot tub was a huge hit with our teens and their friends and the lake was simply beautiful! My son was attending a soccer camp about 30 minutes away so we could t take full advantage of the basketball and tennis courts but we will be back for sure!
