New Listing!! Peaceful Pearl has amazing water views from almost every window. Watch the dolphins jump while you relax on our oversized deck. We also have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset and direct Beach access. There is plenty of room for all to enjoy (king, 2 queens, 1 twin). Book this spacious spot now and kick off a memorable vacation for the whole family!
The space
Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and laundry on the lower level. Kitchen, dining, living room and 1/2 bath is on the upper level. Each level has an oversized deck. Home also has 4 smart TVs, newly updated granite countertops tops, brand new en suite 1/2 bath and new flooring on lower level.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hey, I hope y'all have enjoyed your vacation. For departure, please remove all trash/food and make sure all the dishes, including the dishwasher, are put away. Please do not strip the beds.
Please leave any dirty towels in a bathroom tub. We don't expect y'all to super clean, but please leave it ready for the cleaning crew. Please send me a text when y'all are out. Check-out is 10am.
If you plan or happen to leave early, please let me know. I hope your vacation has been full of wonderful memories, and we hope to see y'all back again. Thanks, Sam
