Dreamhouse CASA NEOMAR: modern house, infinitiy pool, spectacular views

You will live in a very quiet location in a beautiful and airy house that offers everything you need to live. Hummingbirds and many other tropical birds are abundant, along with howler monkeys. You will be amazed by the spectacular sunsets.
The house is located In a gated community above the Rio Rosario river basin around 13 km north of Nosara.

The Accommodation
This unique house surrounded by its own 14 hectares of garden was built in two separate levels with their own entrances.
The upper level has a master bedroom (with air condition), a separate room with stacking beds (with fan), 1.5 bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace. The living area in the upper level has an airflow with fans and open areas with only mosquito net on the top of the windows.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms (with air conditon), 2 bathrooms, a living area with a pull-out couch and a kitchenette. It also has its own large terrace. In addition to the bathroom showers, there are 3 outdoor showers to wash away the sand from the beach.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests very comfortably and has all the luxuries you could want.

Finca Los Suenos
Finca Los Suenos is an international community and protected nature reserve of 86 acres. We are a 300-acre gated community 8 miles north of Nosara in the finest weather microclimate of the Guanacaste coast. Located in a wilderness river basin with pleasant year-round temperatures and always refreshing breezes, we enjoy a wonderful outdoor living climate. Some of the finest beaches in Costa Rica are within minutes of our community.

Great atay at a great house

The house was perfect for our group - 2 families with 2 kids each ranging in age from 11-21. The pool was perfect with great views. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The property manager answered all of our questions quickly and helped us to book excursions. We would definitely stay at this house again if we were in the area.

Amazing stay at beautiful Casa Neomar

Our stay at Casa Neomar was absolutely fantastic! We had no trouble finding the house from Liberia in the dark and when we woke up the next morning we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean view. We spent a lot of time watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and wildlife off the covered front deck. From howler monkeys traversing the tree canopy every morning, to sightings of Aracari and motmots, the location did not disappoint. The home was perfect for our family of six with the lower level providing separate living quarters for our teen and in-laws. The large, open indoor/outdoor living area was beautiful, and the infinity pool was a great spot to enjoy the stunning views. With plenty of great restaurants nearby and deserted beaches to explore, to the bouncy drive to Nosara for groceries and tourist shops, we highly enjoyed our stay!

It is a wonderful place to experience nature, peace and quiet. While swimming in the incredible infinity pool, you will have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

Why they chose this property

We are proud to be a part of a community that has established its own Nature Reserve. We respect nature and treat it with care.
You drink the purest water from our own spring that comes straight from the faucet. To take responsibility and use energy in a timely manner, we have installed a photovoltaic and solar system in 2022. The wastewater is processed through our own biological treatment plant. This allows us to operate the house in a sustainable and climate-friendly way.

What makes this property unique

You will live on your own hill in the middle of nature and still be close to the nearest village and beach.
