Originally built in 2006, this home has it all. The fun and excitement of living on the beach with downtown and the Manhattan Beach pier just steps away. Enjoy the sun and sand with beach goers or a quiet afternoon poolside in the private courtyard. The home is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Strand level bar, 2 car parking outside the garage, surfboard, beach chairs, coffee maker, fast internet and big screen TVs.
Unobstructed beach, ocean and pier views from Catalina to Malibu. Manhattan Beach is only 15 minutes from LAX and has great shopping, dining, and entertainment all walking distance from this house. You are also in a great location to enjoy everything Los Angeles has to offer. 30 minutes to Santa Monica, UCLA and Westwood. 45 minutes to Disneyland and Downtown LA.
Rental of this home includes a primary bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor (Strand level basement). One additional bedroom with a full sofa bed on an upper floor best for one person. The home has a large living room, kitchen and unheated plunge pool in the private courtyard. The Strand level has a large beachfront deck, sunken bar and pool table, foosball and big screen TV.
The master bedroom and a few bedrooms and other rooms are locked with no access.
Ideal for a couple wanting to experience life on the Strand. Enjoy!
