About Tina Walter

I'm Tina Walter, my sister Lisa and I grew up in this house. We love it and enjoy having guests that will love it too. Mom and Dad bought it from the original owner/builder and we are always making changes and improvements to keep the house fresh, comfortable and enjoyable.

Tina Walter purchased this house in 1976

Why Tina Walter chose Los Angeles

The beach house is quintessential Venice. Built in 1904 when Venice was in it's grand heyday. It's a great way to experience Venice and Los Angeles, in comfort and style.

What makes this house unique

The house is 2 houses from the sand, so swimming and playing on the beach are our favorite pastimes. We like to walk to our favorite local restaurants and people watch on the Venice Boardwalk. The house is great for casual entertaining.

Steps to the beach

  • 5 of 5

This is a charming, large home that easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. We loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants, stores and Venice canals. My family kept saying this was the best location out of all the beach houses we've rented over the years. There was a fully stocked kitchen, relaxing backyard with a hot tub and a large dining room table for family meals. Tina and Lisa were very helpful and available. I would highly recommend this home.

Everything for a fun vacation

  • 5 of 5

The house is very roomy and well equipped. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and could easily fit 2 more people. So easy to get to the beach because the beach is very close to the house. Several restaurants worth visiting are also within walking. I recommend the Havana one on Washington (sorry can't remember the name) We had no problems at all. Loved the feeling of the house from the moment you get through the gate. The courtyard area is a perfect start to being swept away. Warning:parking is tight. We let all out and then parked. Totally willing to do that for this gem.

Wonderful home!

  • 5 of 5

This house is amazing. Very close to the beach, but off the boardwalk which allows for peace and quiet. We loved sipping margaritas in the front yard and walking to many local restaurants. The kids had a great time riding bikes on the bike path and playing on the beach. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. We will be coming back for sure.
