Apartment is very clean, cozy, quiet (facing backyard), has 9ft ceiling and completely set up for your comfortable stay. Fast-speed wireless Internet. Furnished with brand new, very comfortable queen-size bed. Just like a hotel room with linens and towels.. Closet with plenty of hangers. Iron & ironing board.
Sitting-in- kitchen with full size fridge, Microwave, toster, vitamix and air fryer ⊠and all the dishes to preparing simple meals.
This is a small, intimate building, so I'm looking for a quiet, friendly person coming to explore New York City, business, work or study. Must be ok to walk 3 flights of stairs.

5-15 minuts walk to any Bradway show, Times Square, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center,
Radio City, Fifth Avenue shopping, Bicycle trailer along the Hudson river, Museums and much more!
11 subway lines: 1,2,3,A,C,E,F,R,N,Q,W.
Buses: 5, 7,10,20,104.
