Elegantly Designed and Fully Staffed Mexican Estate on the Beach Near Old Town

Villa las Puertas is a 10,500 square foot rental villa with plenty of space for your group. Overlook the Bay of Banderas from the balconies, enjoy swimming in your own private heated pool or lounging in the jacuzzi with margaritas in hand. The property is fully staffed so you will have daily maid service, a chef who will prepare two meals per day, a houseman who can assist with your every need, making cocktails, helping with luggage, calling you transport or making reservations plus a part time assistant houseman. Direct beach access down a private staircase will take you to a small secluded beach or the main Los Muertos Beach. A 10 or so minute walk along the beach (or a $2.50 Uber) will take you into town where you will find dozens of shops, restaurants, galleries, and more. All modern amenities you could need, WiFi, AC etc. Come to enjoy a stress free holiday in paradise.

Jordan was an amazing, receptive host. She truly cared about the experience - even before it began. Cici, Javi, and Margo went above and beyond to make sure the 11 of us had a 5 star stay. The food, drinks and attention to detail exceeded any resort we’ve stayed at. We all agreed, without hesitation, that we’d come back. A 10 minute beach-walk to town yet a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The whole experience was nothing short of magic.

The property was AMAZING! The descriptions of the rooms and the overall property were spot-on and VERY true to description. And the Chef, Houseman, Housekeeper and handy man were EXCELLENT! The staff were VERY professional and had the utmost focus on providing SERVICE. We were 13 people and everyone agreed from the first day to the final, this is a 5-STAR facility and EXPERIENCE!

Wow! We had an amazing stay. Jordan was always available and answered all our questions promptly prior to our stay. Our stay was hands down the best and our entire group of 14 agreed! The entire house staff is incredible and very attentive. The food, drinks and the service was top notch! We can’t wait to stay at Villa Las Puertas again! The house is in a great location and walking distance to Zona Romántica! A secluded beach is just steps away! Our entire stay was a dream! I would highly recommend this home for a large group! The best time in Puerto Vallarta!

Amazing Trip for Two Families!

We cannot say enough positive things about this villa, but in particular, the staff. While the villa is exactly as pictured, the pictures really just don’t do it justice. It is such a warm and inviting space perfect for adults or families. We were two families of four (with one extra child as a guest). The staff, Javier, Mago, Gil, and Pina go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular. They are so kind and dedicated in everything they do, and really make the trip feel special. The beds were comfortable. The AC in the rooms worked great. We had no maintenance issues during our 8 day stay, despite massive storms at night. You cannot go wrong with your stay here!

Fabulous!

What an incredible place! From the communication of the hosts, to the house staff Javier and Margarita, it was awesome. So many levels and terraces and clean rooms with all the amenities. It really was a relaxing and fun place. Very close to Zona Romantica and easy access to the beach and into town. Thank you for making this such a special vacation for our group!

A wonderful week!

The place is beautiful, with ocean views from virtually every room. The layout is ideal for large groups, and everyone has their own space. We really appreciated the pool and hot tub, and used them both often. From the moment we arrived, the staff were ready to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed wonderful meals and great drinks, all served with a smile. What a nice surprise to have such great service. It made our week in Puerto Vallarta very special! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

The best stay!!

This is truly the most beautiful and accommodating property I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed here for my Bachelorette trip and it exceeded all our expectations. Every room was comfortable, had plenty of space and beautiful views. The staff were all so helpful, gracious and fun! They had margaritas flowing and the food the chef prepared was always so delicious. They helped with our grocery shopping, which really made such an impact on feeling relaxed and pampered. From beginning to end, my experience was outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this property for a big group!! Thank you all so much for everything :)

Amazing stay at an Amazing Villa! Could not recommend more!

I just stayed at Villa Las Puertas for a week with 12 of my good friends and it was the perfect venue! The pictures do NOT do it justice... it's an enormous Villa with a beautiful hot tub and heated pool, wonderfully outfitted bedrooms, and multiple terraces with fantastic views of Banderas Bay where we watched whales every morning sipping on coffee and sunsets through palm trees sipping on cocktails. Our stay began with a greeting by our personal Concierge Citlalli and then amazing greeting cocktails made by our House Man Javier, who took excellent personalized care of us throughout our stay along with our marvelous maid Pina who was able to keep everything clean for so many people and the incomparable House Chef Margarita, who's breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were absolutely amazing (we had better meals at the Villa than at some of the restaurants, which are great in PV, so that's saying a LOT)... don't miss her mahi-mahi with garlic! I cannot recommend the Villa enough… from the space, to the staff, to the perfect location with a private walkway straight down to the beach!

Incredible views and amazing staff!

We stayed here for a week with our family of 13 and it was amazing! Each of us had a comfortable space to sleep in and there was even a separate master with an attached twin bedroom for our children who had smaller children so they could have their own space. The villa was beautiful and well maintained, it had a large heated swimming pool with tons of lounge chairs as well as a giant hot tub that could fit our entire family in it no problem. They also had a great sound system for the house, pool and hot tub and we could play anything we wanted on Spotify via our phones or the iPad on the wall. It made it so fun! We had an incredible view of the ocean and could hear it from our rooms. The villa is located just a couple minute walk to the beach and is right near town. Also if you wanted to take a taxi or an Uber it was under $6 USD. The staff were so amazing and catered to everything we needed! Every morning Javier would make us fresh orange juice and coffee and each night we’d have a pitcher of homemade margaritas. He’d even make us margaritas to go if we were going to the beach. (Javier makes the best hibiscus margarita!) The food was authentic Mexican food and it was incredible, Margot was an amazing cook! Every breakfast and dinner we couldn’t decide which was our favorite. Pina kept kept our rooms so clean, every day we’d have fresh made beds and it was so nice to come back to our rooms to that. I highly recommend renting here, we know we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous villa with the best staff

Our group of 14 adults would all highly recommend this place to anyone looking in Puerto Vallarta, whether a group of friends or family. It’s conveniently located south of the Zona Romantica just on the southern edge of La Playa de los Muertos. There’s even a private beach access to Los Muertos and smaller, more private beach. While the place is gorgeous and full of all the amenities you could hope for, what really sets this place apart from the rest is the staff. Javier the house man, Citlali the concierge, Margarita the private chef, and Piña our housekeeper made everything so easy for us. We’re used to booking elsewhere therefore doing everything ourselves from transportation, food, drinks, and scheduling activities, but with the staff at Villa Las Puertas, we didn’t have to concern ourselves with that at all. It saved us more time to relax and enjoy our time there to the max. And I need to call out the food explicitly. Margarita is an AMAZING chef! One of my primary reasons for returning to Puerto Vallarta every year is the food. I love the restaurant scene there, so I was a bit hesitant to have someone cook for us at first. We liked the idea of having dinner figured out on the first night, though, so we thought we’d try that out and decide later if we wanted more meals. Long story short, we made sure to order breakfast every morning and to have ample supply of her chips, guacamole, and salsa. My only regret this trip was not ordering every possible meal from them

The house is in excellent condition and cared for by an exceptional staff. They took good care of us! The host was in good communication with me leading up to and during our stay and was above and beyond hospitable. In addition, we loved the close proximity to the Zona Romantica and easy access to the beach from the Villa. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to action. If you are looking for a villa for a large group, this is the place to book.
