Wonderful

From the time of booking to check out Joey was in contact with us. Offering activities to do in Long Beach, places to eat, farmers markets, and more. This adorable two bedroom is perfect and is about a $6.00 Uber/Lyft ride to the convention center and the pier.

Super nice and clean with lots of extras

The condo itself was awesome, very clean. The contact person made us feel welcome and was very thorough with info. We had fresh fruits, drinks, and food waiting for us upon arrival. Getting up to the actual condo made us a little apprehensive. A padlock gate, building locked door, security door and wooden door for entrance left us with 4 keys for security. Nothing else happened during the stay to cause security concerns though. Also, beach was not really close enough to be considered walking distance. At least not for our family.

Will never stay here again

The room at first glance looks clean however, the furniture was in disrepair and there are cockroaches. Went to make toast and coffee the first morning only to find cockroaches crawling out of the wall electrical socket and also inside the toaster! Also had a massive roach inside the stove. Also noticed a riddex plugged into the wall - apparently wards off cockroaches, mice and rats. Clearly doesn't work. We opted to rent a condo instead of a hotel room because we have dietary issues and needed to cook our own meals. Needless to say we did not cook a single meal. Neighbourhood is not great. Not friendly at all. Sketchy. Contacted the management company and we received a $25/day credit. Will never stay here again!!
