Romar Place 201 is a three-bedroom, three-bath east corner condo with an incredible Gulf-front panoramic view from the 2nd floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom.



• Tile and vinyl plank flooring are installed throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats four, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two twin-size beds.



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry ensures easy check-in and check-out.



ROMAR PLACE HOA RULES:



• This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony.



• Guests are required to purchase parking passes on-site upon arrival. Limit of two passes per unit, $50 each (credit or debit cards only). Maximum of two cars allowed.



• Trailers and RVs are prohibited on the property.



• Minimum age to rent is 25.



• The Romar Place HOA strictly enforces a maximum of eight guests per unit, including children, and a maximum of two vehicles.



• Registered guests are not allowed to have visitors on the property during the summer season (May through Labor Day).



• Mail and packages cannot be sent to the unit or property.

We had a great stay at Romar Place. Overall, it was a really good value for being right on the beach. The second-floor unit was especially convenient—easy access without having to deal with the elevator, which made coming and going simple.Being able to step right out to the beach was a big plus and made the whole trip more enjoyable.Only downside was the master bedroom mattress and pillows—they could use an update for better comfort. Not a dealbreaker, but something that would make the stay even better.Overall, we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Overall we had a good experience. The location was great, parking was easily accessible, and the pool was nice. In reference to the negative comments about the pergola blocking the view and the pool pump being loud, we were not bothered by either. I think the condo could have been cleaner, but we never reached out to the host about it because we were enjoying our time and didn’t want to be bothered with someone coming in to clean.

We gave stayed 3 times at this unit and qoyld rebt again. Size and location are perfect for us. I would say it could use a refesh on furnishings, paint, base trim, and cabinetry. Given that, we love the size and that is has 3 bathrooms!
