Overlooking Fernwood Square in Seabrook’s up and coming Fernwood neighborhood, True North is a four bedroom Pacific Northwest escape perfect for families, four-legged friends, adventure-seekers, and everyone in between!

The fully-fenced backyard provides a great enclosed space for the dogs and kiddos to play while you grill dinner on the gas barbeque, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, enjoy a meal al fresco, or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub at the end of a fun day of hiking or biking on the trails just steps away. The nearby driveway is equipped with a universal electric vehicle charger for NACS and CCS ability. On the front side of the house, a covered porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing are the perfect place to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee and good company.

Warm wood tones, verdant green accents, and nods to the Northwest await inside the cozy open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms on the main floor. Grab your favorite snacks and curl up in front of the gas fireplace to watch or stream a movie on the Smart TV with cable. The adjacent dining table is fantastic for holiday gatherings or a family game night, and the neighboring kitchen is well-equipped for the chefs and bakers in your group.
