Maui Kamaole is a luxurious low rise townhouse style resort on 23 acres. It sits on a hill overlooking the ocean on the south Maui coast. It is landscaped with lush tropical plants and trees. It boasts 2 beautiful swimming pools and spas. The lower pool area is adjacent to the office and check in desk. The upper pool is a gorgeous natural design with a waterfall and a sand bottom hot tub. It is a 2 minute walk to either pool from our unit. Tennis courts are also on the property for your use. This is a NO SMOKING UNIT INCLUDING ALL of the LANAIS. Maui Kamaole is a NO SMOKING COMPLEX, SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. Please contact the front desk for information if you need to smoke while you are on the grounds.
Our spacious, professionally decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is D211. It is private and very quiet. It is on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building. Since it is on the top floor there is no noise from above or long hallway.You'll notice and appreciate the high quality furnishings and impressive artworks in every room. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom and the living-dining area.
The living-dining area features an open beam ceiling that soars to 18 feet and includes a sofa which can be converted to a queen size bed, 2 recliners and an entertainment center.There is a 39' flat screen tv, vcr/dvd player and a radio. We have HD digital cable with many channels for your viewing pleasure and FREE high speed internet and wifi so you can stay connected while on vacation.The main room opens to a spacious private lanai complete with a table, 4 chairs and a chaise lounge. You can relax with a drink or have a meal while enjoying the wonderful Hawaiian weather, listening to the birds and appreciating the tropical setting. There is a closet on the LIVING ROOM LANAI with, beach chairs, coolers, sun umbrellas for our guests. We also have beach towels for your use.
The kitchen is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything to make a snack or a gourmet meal.
The master bedroom is upstairs in a private loft with a bath and a nice lanai of its own. There is a 32' HD television you can watch from the bed. Relax in comfort on the king size bed. It is open to the living room below but has louvre doors on the opening that can be closed for more privacy. The master bath includes his and hers sinks on the vanity and an oversized tile shower with a seat. It was completely renovated in 2021 and is very elegant.
The 2nd bedroom is on the living room level and has twin beds, 2 dressers and ample closet space. It also has a 32" TV. The twin beds can be made up as a 'King Size' if wanted.
All the mattresses were replaced in 2020. In January 2022 we had the carpet replaced in the entire condo.
The washer/dryer is located in the hall opposite the bath on the main floor. This bath has a shower over the bathtub and includes beach towels for your use.
Your assigned parking place is close by our building. The gas BBQ area is adjacent to the parking area. Across the street is the Kihei small boat ramp where many ocean activities start every morning. Kamaole 3 Beach Park is about a 5 minute walk from D211. This is a premiere place to watch the sunset with the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai in the background.
Wailea is a short (3 minutes) drive south where there are 3 world class golf courses, a tennis resort and fabulous shopping and dining. Some of the hotels offer Luaus in the evenings.
Makena Resort is further south with more golf and tennis. Makena Beach (Big Beach and Little Beach) is just past the Makena Resort, it is one of the best beaches on Maui.
The check in desk is onsite and our management company is Maui Condo & Home, they are on call to assist you in case of an emergency at the condo.
If you have a special request, ask us. Remember to book early to reserve the date you want.
Our on island manager is Maui Condo & Home LLC. Due to increasing costs, we have to charge 2 new fees. They are $100.00 Resort Fee and $230.00 for cleaning plus 17.92% tax on each of these charges. Our Hawaii tax number is 125-249-3312-01. The TMK is 2-3-9-004-082-0111-000. we want to inform you that ANY HAWAII STATE OR MAUI COUNTY TAXES THAT ARE CHANGED WILL BE ADDED AND PAID BY THE RENTER EVEN AFTER THE RENTAL IS CONFIRMED.

We love the location, the low density layout and the tropical landscaping. It is the best and most beautiful resort on the island. It is very quiet. It is well maintained and has a strong AOAO. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. It's a short drive to Wailea and Makena. It is easy to get to the highway to Kahului,Lahaina and the rest of the island.
