Maui Kamaole is a luxurious low rise townhouse style resort on 23 acres. It sits on a hill overlooking the ocean on the south Maui coast. It is landscaped with lush tropical plants and trees. It boasts 2 beautiful swimming pools and spas. The lower pool area is adjacent to the office and check in desk. The upper pool is a gorgeous natural design with a waterfall and a sand bottom hot tub. It is a 2 minute walk to either pool from our unit. Tennis courts are also on the property for your use. This is a NO SMOKING UNIT INCLUDING ALL of the LANAIS. Maui Kamaole is a NO SMOKING COMPLEX, SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. Please contact the front desk for information if you need to smoke while you are on the grounds.

Our spacious, professionally decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is D211. It is private and very quiet. It is on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building. Since it is on the top floor there is no noise from above or long hallway.You'll notice and appreciate the high quality furnishings and impressive artworks in every room. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom and the living-dining area.

The living-dining area features an open beam ceiling that soars to 18 feet and includes a sofa which can be converted to a queen size bed, 2 recliners and an entertainment center.There is a 39' flat screen tv, vcr/dvd player and a radio/cd player. We have HD digital cable with many channels for your viewing pleasure and FREE high speed internet and wifi so you can stay connected while on vacation.The main room opens to a spacious private lanai complete with a table, 4 chairs and a chaise lounge. You can relax with a drink or have a meal while enjoying the wonderful Hawaiian weather, listening to the birds and appreciating the tropical setting. There is a closet on the LIVING ROOM LANAI with boogie boards, beach mats, beach chairs, coolers, sun umbrellas and various beach toys for our guests.

The kitchen is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything to make a snack or a gourmet meal.

The master bedroom is upstairs in a private loft with a bath and a nice lanai of its own. There is a 32' HD television you can watch from the bed.Relax in comfort on the king size bed. It is open to the living room below but has louvre doors on the opening that can be closed for more privacy. The master bath includes his and hers sinks on the vanity and an oversized tile shower with a seat.

The 2nd bedroom is on the living room level and has twin beds, 2 dressers and ample closet space. It also has a 32" tv & a dvd player. The twin beds can be made up as a 'King Size' if wanted.

The washer/dryer is located in the hall opposite the bath on the main floor. This bath has a shower over the bathtub and includes beach towels for your use.

Your assigned parking place is close by our building. The gas BBQ area is adjacent to the parking area. Accross the street is the Kihei small boat ramp where many ocean activities start every morning. Kamaole 3 Beach Park is about a 5 minute walk from D211. This is a premiere place to watch the sunset with the islands of Molkini, Kahoolawe and Lanai in the background.

Wailea is a short (3 minutes) drive south where there are 3 world class golf courses, a tennis resort and fabulous shopping and dining. Some of the hotels offer Luaus in the evenings.

Makena Resort is further south with more golf and tennis. Makena Beach (Big Beach and Little Beach) is just past the Makena Resort, it is one of the best beaches on Maui.

The check in desk is onsite and our management company is Maui Condo & Home, they are on call to assist you in case of an emergency at the condo.

My wife and I are retired and live in California.

We lived on Maui in 1978-1980 and enjoyed the Maui lifestyle. We decided then to buy a vacation rental when we were able. The picture above was taken at the time of purchase.

We love the location, the low density layout and the tropical landscaping. It is the best and most beautiful resort on the island. It is very quiet. It is well maintained and has a strong AOAO. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. It's a short drive to Wailea and Makena. It is easy to get to the highway to Kahului,Lahaina and the rest of the island.

What makes this condo unique

It is comfortable, quiet, private and feels like home but with better weather. We try to make everyone's vacation memorable.

Aloha George, just thought we would let you know how much we enjoyed your unit Maui Kamaole D211. The kitchen is very well stocked for any cooking you want to do. It was clean and comfortable, with TVs in every room and wireless internet available. The beach equipment was great. We hope to be back again very soon. It rates 5 stars. We will recommend it all. It is a great location in Kihei.

Garden view with a partial ocean view of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains in the background. The second bedroom has a view overlooking the condos with Haleakala looming above. The living room lanai closet has all your beach necessities such as sun umbrellas, folding beach chairs, beach mats, ice coolers, boogie boards, childrens' sand toys and sometimes snorkel masks. Beach towels are in the main floor bath. There are also tennis racquets to use on the available courts, you can have breakfast on the living room lanai and not have any noise bothering you. a 1 or 2 minute walk to either swimming pool, a 5 minute walk to the beach or Kihei small boat launch ramp. We have retained Maui Condo & Home as our on island managers. They have the entry door combination and take care of the condo. If an emergency occurs in the condo, they are the company to call. Very comfortable

Spacious, comfortable, relaxing, homey, nice cross-breezes; good set-up. We had family dinners here most nights, with top of the line communal BBQ's just downstairs. Enjoyed the pool (especially the upper pool) and jacuzzi. A very short drive (or a longer walk along the beach) takes you to the fabulous Wailea boardwalk/path for morning walks and beautiful outdoor coffee bar (and even a glass of wine in the evening!). Very relaxing stay; our host was super responsive throughout; great value!

Fantastic!

Wonderful place! Well stocked, great location, spacious and clean. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. I do wish the A/C could be on before our arrival - it was so HOT when we initially checked in - but it cooled down quickly. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

What a perfect, quiet, private and lovely home.

This home was so comfortable and beautiful. We had everything that we could have dreamed of at our fingertips, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and lovely bedroom and bath.

Our perfect time of the day was Kona coffee on the deck as the world awoke in the morning. Loved the birds. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Loved this well kept, well located condo

We stayed in another unit at Maui Kamaole 6 years ago, and were just as happy and impressed with this unit and our overall experience. The condo is well kept/maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved that beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella etc. are provided. Nice and close to well maintained BBQ area too, and parking spot is right beside foot shower.

We like the location being within walking of Kam III, and being away from the traffic of S Kihei Rd. We also like to walk/jog into peaceful Wailea.

Exceeded our expectations!

We LOVED the condo and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home for a little while, that’s how it felt as soon as we stepped in.

Travelling with a toddler is tricky but George was super helpful with everything.

Communication leading up to our stay was very clear, checking in after a long connecting flight from Sydney was seamless, and we were really happy with the amount of space we had in the condo! Double vanity bathroom in the ensuite was great! Kitchen had everything & more for us to eat in for breakfasts & dinners + BBQ’s dotted throughout the whole complex.

Inside was very light & we always had a nice breeze in the afternoons on the balcony which looks over the gardens. We often sat out on the balcony for our meals, even though there’s a lot of condos in the complex it was extremely private & not once were we bothered with noise.

I’m personally a big fan of ceiling fans, so I was pretty happy about the fact it had ceiling fans in both rooms rather then using the AC it has also. Beds were good. Master room had a huge bed!

Furniture was comfy for relaxing to watch a DVD or in our case morning cartoons.

We hired a car and the carpark was right outside. So we drove everywhere, but Kihei beach is within walking distance and so is the organic whole food market ‘Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods’ which is where we did most of our grocery shopping.

An 8 minute drive to the beautiful Wailea beach where parking is free and the whole coast line is stunning! We did lunch at the Four Seasons twice! And we sat and watched the sun set one night which was magic.

All in all I would highly recommend booking yourself in to George’s condo to prepare for some serious R&R!

This family was arriving on Maui early in the morning with a 2 year old so I had the manager open the condo early for them so they didn't have to wait until the normal 3:00 pm check in time.
