We LOVED our stay at this location. We had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, it’s beautiful and cozy AND we had deer visit everyday. We loved that. I highly recommend staying here!
Our vacation home was absolutely amazing. It was the best place we've ever stayed at in Pagosa Springs. From the comfortable beds to the great views from the wrap around deck, we enjoyed everything and felt right at home only better!
The property was super clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had a smooth check-in process.
Our trip to jeffs cabin was wonderful. Thisnisnour secind time to stay here and we really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything needed for a relaxing vacation
Had a wonderful stay in mid August and everything we wanted in a vacation home. Great location near hiking, biking, lakes and amenities. Beds were comfortable, everything clean and nice deck to hang out on. Would highly recommend!
This is a lovely home in a quiet, secluded neighborhood close to plenty of town amenities. While we wanted to sit all day on the back patio and enjoy the view, cool breezes and the occasional deer, we did venture into town and found wonderful walking trails and delightful local restaurants. The living area and kitchen (everything you need and more!) were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were comfortable as well. My husband and I enjoyed a multi-week stay here and highly recommend it!
The house was clean, well kept and had new appliances. It’s close to several good restaurants like Rosie’s Pizza and Thai Pagosa as well as the grocery store. Only wish was a hot tub after a long day on the mountain

Stay tuned, it’s coming. Construction starts next week - 3rd bedroom, bathroom, hot tub and more.
The host is very attentive and communicative. The house is absolutely stunning! My family had a great time, and saw a ton of wildlife in the backyard. There is a notable temperature difference between the loft and downstairs, but there are plenty of resources to stay comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a stunning view of the big dipper straight in front of us on the back porch. And it was quiet . wish we could've stayed longer but because of the mudslide on the Durango train, we had to leave super early. No time to eat outside.
We are Jeff and Rochelle, we operate a family-owned business managing 3 rental properties. We started our adventures together in 2019 and were married in Antarctica in 2022. Rochelle is enthusiastic about travel, beautiful beaches, food, wine, and unique local cultures. Jeff is a Colorado native that cannot live without being in the mountains and high adventure sports. Jeff frequently sneaks away to paraglide in mountains, coastlines, or deserts of the world.
We call everything an adventure. In our free time, our adventures include trying a new restaurant in our hometown, a hike/bike in the mountains of Colorado, a walk on the beaches of Florida, or simply a glass of wine on the porch. Our big adventures have included kayaking through icebergs of Antarctica, sandboarding on the dunes of Chile, and paragliding in the Southern Alps of Slovenia. Regardless of distance/location, all our adventures have included a place to stay that has added to our overall experience.
In our adventures, we have found a “little slice of heaven” on the beach of Florida and in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado that we would like to share with you. We are sincerely happy to be your host. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable, stress-free base camp while you fulfill your adventures.
Why they chose this property
In a single statement, this property is the best that mountain life can offer. It lies in the heart of the San Juan Mountain range of Southwest Colorado. The town of Pagosa Springs is surrounded by 2.5 million acres of national forest making up the Weminuche and San Juan wilderness. Pagosa Springs is an unparalleled place for outdoor adventure. It is the home of the world’s deepest geothermal hot springs. The Native Americans discovered the natural hot springs generations ago and referred to it as “Paqhosa” meaning “boiling water”. Today it is better known as meaning “healing waters”.
The location is also perfect for visiting several national parks in Colorado. Chimney Rock National Monument is less than an hour away and is believed to be one of the most sacred sites of the Ancestral Puebloans of Chaco Canyon. Mesa Verde National Park is a bit further to the west and is home to most famous cliff dwellings in the United States.
The San Juan River splits the valley and offers excellent rafting and kayaking in the summer months. The summit of Wolfcreek pass and ski area are only 30 minutes up the pass and offers premium downhill, back country skiing, snowmobiling, and mountain biking. For the hunters and anglers visiting the area, there is more wilderness, lakes and rivers than you can visit in a lifetime.
Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable, stress-free base camp while you fulfill your adventures. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your time here better.
