The condo was great! Plenty of room for the two of us. The couch and chairs were very comfortable after spending the day on the beach. The bedroom was also very spacious. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we spent quite a few evenings watching the sunset. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every second! We will definitely be back again!

A little piece of serenity

Phoenix III was great! Having access to the other 3 properties amenities as well is a plus. Unit 3107 was Amazing and has a terrific view. Only downside is the check out time being 10AM with consistent text messages of reminders that check out is 10AM. Other than that will definitely stay at the Phoenix again!

Slice of paradise

Overall the stay was very pleasant.Check-in was a breeze. Parking was not an issue. Two functional elevators. Never a problem with overcrowding. All pool areas were very well kept and offered ample seating.Easy access to the beach.Centrally located - lots of great dining options for families. The room itself was exactly as pictured. It fit my family of 3 very well. Great ocean view. The only critique I have is that the floors were likely not mopped before my arrival, as I would always end up with dirty socks walking around the condo.
