John & Pam have lived and worked in Baldwin county for 17 years just 45 minutes from Orange Beach. As a family, they have enjoyed Gulf Coast beach vacations their whole lives. They now look forward to sharing their beach condo with new friends.

The Phoenix III offers an unbeatable array of amenities. When this condo became available, we couldn't pass it up. The large, one bedroom layout of the Phoenix 3 is great for a family with children or for couples looking for a beach getaway.

What makes this condo unique

Our complex is packed with amenities. We enjoy the waves and sand on sunny days as well as the beachside pool. On the rare rainy days, the heated pool is a bonus. The lighted tennis courts and the indoor racquetball court are also unique features of the Phoenix III.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is exactly like the pictures, decor is cute, very beachy. Views from the 14th floor are gorgeous! Condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook, if we felt like it. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying there!

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Perfect Orange Beach getaway! Well-maintained property. Great one bedroom/one bath with plenty of room for two adults and two kids. Had nice pull-out sofa as well as a large chair that could be converted into a twin bed. Our kiddos loved it! Nice, well-equipped kitchen. Only one small problem with the slider not closing and the property owner responded almost immediately after I sent him a text. Very easy to work with during the whole rental process. Right on the beach with beautiful Gulf views. Enjoyed our breakfast every morning out on the balcony. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a reasonably priced condo with good amenities and great location.

Absolutely a great place to stay!

Called last minute to make reservations and they were very helpful and made the process simple. When we arrived parking was a breeze and everyone at the front desk were very nice. The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful, we loved it and would recommend this place to everyone. We are planning other trips here for years to come!

Wonderful Gulf views. Just the best sunrise and sunsets to enjoy from the balcony.

Great location right on the beach and close to shopping, but not too close! Condo is nicely decorated, bed is comfy, and kitchen well stocked. State Park nearby with miles of hiking and biking trails so it takes only a few minutes to be in the back country and enjoy nature. The fishing pier is nearby and even if you don't fish it is fun to watch others and take a walk on the long pier. Great restaurants all around Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Our hosts are responsive and have gone out of their way to make sure we enjoy our stay, so it is highly recommended.

74096, a great vacation condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix 3 on the 14th floor. The condo was clean, the appliances all were working fine and the view was outstanding. What a treat to watch the sun rise on the Gulf of Mexico and watch it go down at night. The beach is excellent and it's interesting that each morning a tractor drags the beach to keep it soft. We enjoyed the dolphins. The new pickle ball courts and the new shuffleboard courts are a great asset along with the indoor pool, the two hottubs and the tennis court. The outdoor pool was not heated but I still used in early November. The new updated bike paths in the Gulf State Park are wonderful. A short ride down the street gets you to them. We also enjoy the annual Songwriters Festival. The Todds were a delight to work with. It was easy to rent and I would highly recommend their condo for your vacation.

Once the home for acres of orange plantations, Orange Beach is now a celebrated Gulf Coast destination with a rich variety of activities.  The sugar white sandy beaches, the rolling waves, gentle breezes and temperate climate, make Orange Beach popular year round.

After a day in the sun on the beach or links, you'll have a whole new world to explore at night. Sample some of the absolute freshest seafood at one of the many restaurants, bistros and cafes. Then take advantage of any number of entertainment venues, ranging from family friendly to rockin' and rowdy. There's an incredible variety of live music to be heard nearly every night of the week. You can choose from throaty jazz, good southern delta blues, Caribbean calypso or up and coming country stars. There are plays, dancing, and free concerts all around town.

Without a doubt, Orange Beach offers a unique combination of relaxation and entertainment and continuously ranks as one of the top vacation destinations  on the Gulf Coast.In addition to the white sand beaches and turquoise water, this area offers additional attractions.  For those interested in history, Fort Morgan is about 30 minutes west of our condo, and Pensacola Naval Museum (home of the Blue Angels) is about the same distance east.  There are also several golf courses, a zip line, water parks and plenty of shopping nearby.

We accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway online credit card system. We also accept personal checks and eChecks but only when discussed and approved prior to booking.

Travelers can pay in full at time of booking or in two or three divided payments. The system is automatically set for two payments. If the three payment option is preferable, please notify owner at the time of inquiry as this cannot be changed after the reservation is accepted.

If payment by check is preferred, please alert owner at time of inquiry. In the event that payment by check is agreed upon, the VRBO/HomeAway service fee plus an amount equal to the security/damage deposit must be paid by Credit Card at the time the reservation is made in order to secure the reservation.

Regardless of the method of payment, all funds must be paid prior to 30 days prior to check in for short term guests (less than 28 day stay) and prior to 60 days for our long term guests (28 days or longer).

The cancellation policy is covered in detail in our rental agreement. In general, all monies paid are refundable if cancellation is requested prior to 30 days before check in for our short term guests. For our long term guests (28 days or greater), cancellation must be requested prior to 60 days before check in.
