Private and Exclusive Beach Getaway
Mi Azucar is one of five secluded bungalows nestled within a private 10-acre oceanfront paradise. This unique property offers nearly 1,000 feet of private sandy beach, along with two docks extending 450 feet into the water—perfect for docking boats or jet skis, or enjoying excellent fishing right from the pier.
At the heart of the resort is our signature amenity: a grotto-style pool inspired by the natural coral coasts of South Florida. The pool area features two pools—a smaller, relaxing plunge pool with a cascading waterfall bench, and a larger resort-style pool complete with a water slide, hidden grotto waterfall, swim-up bar, and hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day on the water.
Additional amenities include complimentary kayaks, a fitness center, eight bicycles for island cruising, and two beachfront tiki huts—perfect for grilling while enjoying the ocean breeze or simply relaxing in a hammock and soaking it all in.
Mi Azucar is also an exceptional setting for weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, and romantic getaways (venue fee applies).

Our guests are our top priority, and we are dedicated to exceeding expectations. Your host is available 24/7, 365 days a year—whether you need extra towels or a recommendation for the perfect local restaurant.
Important Notes:
Primary guest must be at least 30 years of age (does not apply to families). Proof of age is required after booking.
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests per stay.
During the hotter months, significant seaweed mixed with ocean debris may accumulate along the shoreline.
Please contact us for current seaweed conditions if needed.
The property is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Our grounds crew works continuously to remove seaweed and ocean debris such as plastic bottles and other items that wash ashore. While it is an ongoing challenge, we do our best to maintain a clean and enjoyable beachfront for all guests.

****During Hotter Months extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond.
****Our property is located on what is considered to be a turtle nesting beach. We must follow environmental guidelines when trying to remove any type of seaweed that washes ashore.
****Its is strongly recommended to bring mosquito and no see um repellent (No-see-ums are tiny flying insects that are incredibly difficult to spot. Also known as biting midges, punkies, sand flies or biting gnats, these flying insects are small enough to fit through the mesh screens of windows and doors. They are also easy to overlook when they swarm around you or land on your skin.
No-see-um bites are painful and itchy.
We are committed to the conservation and protection of all our resources. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efforts. Water is one of our most important life resources. You can protect and conserve this vital source by turning the faucet off while brushing your teeth or shaving, not using the toilet as a trash receptacle, being sure faucets are turned completely off, report leaky faucets and re using towels.
*In the event of a cancellation, guest will be refunded what is applicable per the cancellation guidelines minus the credit card transaction fee

- NO SMOKING- $200.00 fee will charged for smoking inside the house.
- Bonfire prohibited
- Protective footwear suggested while in the water

- We ask our guest not to remove any items found through out the house and property
such as any type of sea items including drift wood that wash ashore that are used as
decorative pieces
-Guest shall take care of the premises, its appliances and furnishings and maintain the house in a neat and sanitary condition. Guest will leave house in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement. Excessive trash/garbage and or leaving the house in an unsanitary condition will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
-No loud music after 10:00PM
-Respect the neighbors, quiet time after 10:00PM
-$75.00 lost key fee
