Private fenced in yard makes our home perfect for your 4 legged family members. Enjoy our outdoor patio with fire pit! Or stay in and enjoy our many included board games. Have a movie night on our 80" Tv with included tv apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and more. Plenty of private parking makes this a perfect place to enjoy the beach.

Great location for a family & close to everything the shore has to offer!

We loved our stay here for our annual vacation to the DE and MD beaches. It was clean with plenty of space for 1-2 families and a fenced yard for the dogs. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals at home and it's in a quiet neighborhood that's great for walking and bike rides. We loved the location because we have family in both DE and MD and enjoy visiting both beaches.

Awesome place

We just spent a week here and this house is immaculate, dog friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The host was awesome, quickly responded and provided everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. We didn’t have to bring anything with us. This was also the cleanest house we have ever rented. We hope to come back again next year. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book a stay here.

Convenient

Comfortable clean and the house had everything there . We all went to the beach like 4 times and ate at Mangoes happy hour it’s right on the beach . A few times we went to the boathouse Happy hour and had dinner there it was really good Also we order from Blue Crab and ate Crabs shrimp n Crab cakes at the house .The best thing was the dogs they had a blast . Thanks John for a wonderful stay and responding to my Tex’s 5 stars

Family week stay

Overall it was a beautiful place to stay. It was definitely well equipped with everything you possibly could need and then some! Very clean and comfortable to just hang out after an afternoon at the beach. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs plenty of room. The only issue we had was the backyard got large puddles after it rained. It rained before we got there so on arrival there were lots of puddles that dried up by day 2 and then it rained some on our third day and there were puddles that dried up in 2 days. Without the rain the yard was nice. That was our only issue. Otherwise we had a wonderful time staying here!

Fantastic Property!

This vacation rental was amazing! It was spotless and very bright and open. The decor was calming and aesthetically pleasing. The fenced in yard was perfection for our dogs. The outdoor space was so relaxing and there were several outdoor activities available for us to use as well as beach chairs. There was plenty of space for our 2 families. The new twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was a great addition as well as the TVs in every room, The huge tv in the living room was a big hit too! There were plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. John was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We hope to return next year!

My wife grew up in this area and it was always our dream to share that experience of this small friendly beach town with other families. Our family used vacation rentals at Bethany for many years going to the beach and sharing stories around the fire pit at night. Take the time now while you can. They are only little like this for a short time. We hope you are able to truly enjoy a beach house vacation at Bethany Beach and create memories with your friends and family.

Why they chose this property

It's a quiet neighborhood right off the main road so it avoids alot of the congestion on Rt26. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our private fully fenced in yard gives you a lot of flexibility for your 4 legged family members. The outside patio and firepit is a great place to gather and share stories and make memories that will last a lifetime. Or spend time at our large dining table so everyone can join in with some of our included board games. Movie night is always great on our 80" tv with included tv apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and others.
