This rental worked great for us, we had a crew in town for some construction work and it was able to fit 4 men, very clean, host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this location/rental.

Excellent!!!!

The house was clean and comfortable. It is 5 minutes from the hospital which was very convenient. Very quick response for any questions I had. Mark even tried to find me another place when I asked if we could extend the place then offered it to me first when the next one canceled.

The house was very nice. It was not only clean but up to date. Nothing was lacking. There was a good supply of anything we could have needed, from towels to a full pantry. Any questions we had for the host were quickly answered and our stay was enjoyable

Baseball Season

Traveled in to watch baseball. Owner was very responsive. Definitely better then other Properties in the past. Wife was happy so that’s a good thing! Quiet neighborhood and surroundings!

Quiet Neighborhood House

We rented this 3 bedroom 2 bath house for the Christmas holiday. It was perfect for our needs. It had a nice open living space with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners however there were no dish towels or rags. The beds were comfortable. It was a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a nice park and restaurants (Orsay’s and Iguanas on Park) Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome place!

Very comfortable and was very well equipped. There were thoughtful touches such as coffee, tea, and soaps etc. The house was very clean and beautifully re-modeled. The owners are very responsive. The only negative was our lukewarm/borderline chilly showers due to the new scald resistant shower handles that are now made. That would be fine in the summer but not when it is cold. Overall, highly recommend!
