With 2 Primary Suites (one on each floor) a dedicated office area, large kitchen with high end appliances and tons of storage, large dining room that seats 8 and a spacious relaxing living area that leads out to the backyard this floor plan has it all. The back yard features a private hot tub / plunge pool as well as outdoor living and dining space. The downstairs primary suite has doors to the outdoor area and a huge shower, walk in robe and dual sink vanity. The upstairs primary suite has a separate bathroom and walk in closet and amazing views of the mountains. The upstairs office has a desk and work space as well as sitting area and additional TV. The community has a large swimming pool where you can swim laps and as well as a community hot tub. My husband and I own a luxury Travel Company that specializes in designing unique vacations for Americans to Australia, New Zealand, Islands of the South Pacific and Africa. In 2011 we purchased this home in Palm Springs because we love it there so much. It inspired me to go back to college and get my degree in Interior Architecture from UCLA. I am passionate about Mid Century Architecture, Architects and Design. I have attended all Modernism Weeks since 2011 and have been fortunate to meet the late Donald Wexler and Hugh Kaptur. We love the way our home reflects Palm Springs way of life.

We love Palm Springs. The architecture, the fun, the effervescent lifestyle, the stunning desert landscape and the perfect weather. And we love this new housing development which has a distinct mid century modern feel to it but with every modern convenience. The entire neighborhood is new and so is the community pool and hottuba nd all the great neighbors.

What makes this property unique

The fact that it is so large (over 2400 sqft) compared to most mid century homes, the fact that it has 2 primary suites - one on each floor for maximum privacy and the large kitchen and living spaces. We also love the high ceilings (10 ft) and the view of the mountains. The backyard is beautiful, easy to maintain and has everything you need.
